Our story
American Wellness Authority (AWA) is the brand name of Gotham Traders LLC, a company Sam Shrem founded in New Jersey in 2016. Gotham Traders LLC does business as American Wellness Authority. We have sold on Amazon for more than ten years, and today you can also buy directly from us at awarlt.com.

Returns, shipping and warranty
- 60 day returns. You can return an order within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, whether the item is new, opened or used. Return shipping within the United States is free, and there is no restocking fee. Read the full return policy.
- Free US shipping. Orders ship in 1 to 2 business days, and standard delivery takes about 3 business days. We ship within the United States only. Read the shipping policy.
- Warranty. The FX300 and FX500 panels carry a 2 year warranty. Our other devices carry a 1 year warranty. The warranty term is listed on each product page, and you can register your device on the warranty registration page.
How we think about claims
We do not make medical claims about our devices. Our guides explain how to read a spec sheet and how to use a device the way its label says. They are general information. They are not medical advice, they do not diagnose anything, and they are not a substitute for a conversation with a qualified healthcare professional.
Select devices carry FDA 510(k) clearance for specific, limited uses; cleared for the face only. Most of our devices are sold as general wellness products. A clearance applies only to the device and the specific, limited uses named in it, and it does not extend to other devices or other body areas.
