30-Day Return Window
We gladly accept returns on new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To qualify, products must be returned in their original, unused condition, complete with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Returns Due to Our Error
If the return is a result of an error on our part—such as receiving an incorrect item or a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival—we will cover all return shipping costs. Please reach out to our support team immediately so we can arrange for a hassle-free return or exchange.

Opened or Used Products
We understand that sometimes products may need to be opened for inspection. However, for items that have been opened or used, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Additionally, the return shipping costs for such items will be the responsibility of the customer. We kindly ask that all returns are made with the original packaging and accessories to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Refund Process
Once we receive your return and it has been inspected by our team, we will initiate your refund. This process typically takes 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been issued. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
