We accept returns on new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. To qualify, products must be returned in their original, unused condition, complete with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Free US Return Shipping
We cover all return shipping costs for orders within the United States. For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Either way, contact us first and we'll guide you through the process.
Returns Due to Our Error
If the return is a result of an error on our part — such as receiving an incorrect item or a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival — we will cover all return shipping costs and process a replacement or refund immediately. Please reach out to our support team within 14 days of delivery.
Opened or Used Products
For items that have been opened or used, a 15% restocking fee may be applied. We kindly ask that all returns are made with the original packaging and accessories to ensure a smooth processing experience.
FSA/HSA Refunds
Refunds for FSA/HSA purchases are processed back to the original FSA or HSA card. If you paid via Truemed or WithFlex reimbursement, please contact those services directly for reimbursement adjustments.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return and our team has inspected it, we will initiate your refund within 2–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
