Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (USA) All orders within the United States are shipped free of charge using Standard shipping. Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, and standard delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days after shipment, so most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days of ordering. Expedited shipping services are available at an additional cost.

Note: Certain items may take additional time when noted. If we believe an item is low stock and may require extra time for delivery, this information will be displayed on the product page.

International Shipping We accept international orders and ship via reliable carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. For standard international shipping, expect delivery within 7-20 business days, depending on the destination. Expedited services are available for faster delivery. Please note that duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by any shipping promotions or free shipping offers.

Customs and Duties All duties, import fees, or taxes assessed by your country's customs service or brokerage fees assessed by the carrier are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid by the recipient.

Shipping Liability We strive to meet projected lead times; however, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier. Incorrect or invalid shipping addresses provided by the customer that result in undeliverable shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Re-shipping costs must be covered by the customer if the item needs to be resent. Alternatively, a refund for the item cost can be provided.
