We accept returns within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, with no restocking fee. Please return the product with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

 

Free US Return Shipping

We cover all return shipping costs for orders within the United States. For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

 

Returns Due to Our Error

If your return is a result of an error on our part — receiving an incorrect item, or a product that is defective or damaged on arrival — we will cover all return shipping costs and process a replacement or refund immediately. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

 

FSA/HSA Refunds

Refunds for FSA/HSA purchases are processed back to the original FSA or HSA card. If you paid via Truemed or WithFlex reimbursement, please contact those services directly.

 

Refund Process

Once we receive your return and our team has inspected it, we will initiate your refund within 2–3 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
