Choosing your device
Which AWA device is right for me?
It comes down to what you want to work on. For full-body pain, recovery, and skin, choose a panel — the FX500 for whole-body coverage or the FX300 for targeted areas. For your face, choose an LED mask (LX300 or LX500). For relaxation, sweat, and detox, choose an infrared sauna blanket (HL300 or HL500). Not sure? Take our 60-second device quiz.
FX300 vs FX500 — what's the difference?
Both use the same 660nm + 850nm wavelengths. The FX500 is larger with more LEDs for true full-body sessions; the FX300 is a more compact, budget-friendly panel ideal for treating specific areas like a back, knees, or shoulders. If you want one device for your whole body, go FX500. If you mostly target one area, the FX300 is plenty.
Panel, mask, or sauna blanket?
Panels = pain, recovery, and overall skin. Masks = focused facial skin (fine lines, tone, breakouts). Sauna blankets = warmth, relaxation, and a detoxifying sweat. Many customers pair a panel with a mask for face + body.
FSA & HSA
Are AWA devices FSA and HSA eligible?
Yes — our qualifying red light panels, LED face masks, sauna blankets, and wearables are FSA and HSA eligible. You can use pre-tax dollars you've already set aside for health and wellness.
How do I pay with my FSA or HSA card?
Just use your FSA or HSA debit card at checkout exactly like any other card — no extra paperwork. If your card is processed as a regular card, simply pay with any card and submit your AWA receipt to your plan administrator for reimbursement.
Shipping & returns
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within a few days after that.
What's your return policy?
Every device is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If it's not right for you, reach out within 60 days for a refund. Panels also include a 2-year warranty.
Using your device
How often should I use it, and for how long?
For most devices, 10–15 minutes per area, 3–7 times a week is the sweet spot. Consistency matters more than long sessions. Sit or stand about 6–12 inches from a panel; wear masks hands-free while you relax.
How soon will I notice a difference?
Many people feel more relaxed or less sore within the first few sessions. Skin and mobility changes are gradual and tend to show over several weeks of consistent use.
Is red light therapy safe to use every day?
Yes. Red and near-infrared light is non-invasive, drug-free, produces no UV, and has no known serious side effects when used as directed. Daily 10–20 minute sessions are common.
