- Shipping Policy:
Domestic Shipping (USA): All orders within the United States are shipped free of charge using Standard shipping options and typically arrive within 2-6 business days. Expedited shipping services are available at an additional cost. Processing times for all orders are 3-4 days, after which the shipping time begins. Priority shipping options take approximately 3-5 days.
Note: Certain items may take additional time when noted. If we believe an item is low stock and may require extra time for delivery, this information will be displayed on the product page.
International Shipping: We accept international orders and ship via reliable carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. For standard international shipping, expect delivery within 7-20 business days, depending on the destination. Expedited services are available for faster delivery. Please note that duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by any shipping promotions or free shipping offers.
Customs and Duties: All duties, import fees, or taxes assessed by your country's customs service or brokerage fees assessed by the carrier are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid by the recipient.
Shipping Liability: We strive to meet projected lead times; however, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier. Incorrect or invalid shipping addresses provided by the customer that result in undeliverable shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Re-shipping costs must be covered by the customer if the item needs to be resent. Alternatively, a refund for the item cost can be provided.
2. Return Policy:
We accept returns on new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to an error on our part (such as an incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs as well.
For items that have been opened or used, a 15% restocking fee will apply, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure the item is returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
After your item is received and inspected by our team, we’ll process your refund within 2-3 business days.
