Domestic Shipping (USA): All orders within the United States ship free using Standard shipping and typically arrive within 2-6 business days. Expedited shipping is available at additional cost. Order processing takes 3-4 days, after which shipping time begins. Priority shipping takes approximately 3-5 days.

International Shipping: We accept international orders and ship via reliable carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Standard international delivery takes 7-20 business days depending on the destination. Expedited services are available for faster delivery.

Customs and Duties: All duties, import fees, or taxes assessed by your country's customs service, and brokerage fees assessed by the carrier, are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid by the recipient.

Returns Due to Our Error. If the return is a result of an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect item or a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover all return shipping costs and process a replacement or refund immediately. Opened or Used Products. For items that have been opened or used, a 15% restocking fee may be applied. We kindly ask that all returns are made with the original packaging and accessories to ensure a smooth processing experience.

FSA/HSA Refunds. Refunds for FSA/HSA purchases are processed back to the original FSA or HSA card. If you paid via Truemed or WithFlex reimbursement, please contact those services directly for reimbursement adjustments.

Refund Process. Once we receive your return and our team has inspected it, we will initiate your refund within 2-3 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
