Three wavelengths, one mask
Light is absorbed as it passes into skin. Shorter wavelengths are taken up near the surface. Longer ones travel further, and near infrared, which you can't see, goes the furthest.

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from Amazon fulfillment centers, free in the US, with tracking. Most orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days. The HL500 sauna blanket can take 5 to 7 business days because of its size and weight. Holiday delays are possible.
Why do some LEDs look off in near infrared mode?
Near infrared light at 850nm is invisible to the eye, so those LEDs look dark or faintly red while they work. Red and blue modes are the ones you can see.
Is it safe to use at home?
Follow your user manual. Talk to your healthcare provider before use if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, use an implanted device, or take medication that increases light sensitivity.
