About 6 to 12 inches from the area you're facing. Closer means more light on a smaller area; farther covers more of you.
Can I use it on my face?
Yes. Wear the protective goggles that come in the box, keep your eyes closed, and follow the distance and session time in your user manual.
What if it isn't for me?
Return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened or used is covered, there is no restocking fee, and US return shipping is on us. Email contact@awarlt.com first and we'll guide you through it.
How long does shipping take?
