1. Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (USA): All orders within the United States ship free using Standard shipping and typically arrive within 2-6 business days. Expedited shipping is available at additional cost. Order processing takes 3-4 days, after which shipping time begins. Priority shipping takes approximately 3-5 days.

Note: Certain items may take additional time when noted. If an item is low stock and may require extra time for delivery, this will be displayed on the product page.

International Shipping: We accept international orders and ship via reliable carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Standard international delivery takes 7-20 business days depending on the destination. Expedited services are available for faster delivery.

Customs and Duties: All duties, import fees, or taxes assessed by your country's customs service, and brokerage fees assessed by the carrier, are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid by the recipient.

Shipping Liability: We strive to meet projected lead times; however, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and are not liable for delays caused by the carrier. Incorrect or invalid shipping addresses provided by the customer that result in undeliverable shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Re-shipping costs must be covered by the customer if the item needs to be resent, or a refund for the item cost can be provided.

2. Return Policy

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. We accept returns on new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. To qualify, products must be returned in their original, unused condition, complete with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Free US Return Shipping. We cover all return shipping costs for orders within the United States. For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Either way, contact us first and we'll guide you through the process.

Returns Due to Our Error. If the return is a result of an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect item or a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover all return shipping costs and process a replacement or refund immediately. Please reach out to our support team within 14 days of delivery.

Opened or Used Products. For items that have been opened or used, a 15% restocking fee may be applied. We kindly ask that all returns are made with the original packaging and accessories to ensure a smooth processing experience.

FSA/HSA Refunds. Refunds for FSA/HSA purchases are processed back to the original FSA or HSA card. If you paid via Truemed or WithFlex reimbursement, please contact those services directly for reimbursement adjustments.

Refund Process. Once we receive your return and our team has inspected it, we will initiate your refund within 2-3 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
